The Decal Sheets

Gekko Graphics second decal release (although released at the same time as the first sheet) is GG48-002 for the Royal New Zealand Air Force's A-4G/K Skyhawks.The first thing that you will notice is the quality of the decals, they are simply first rate. The decals are designed in Australia with the printing of the decals done by Cartograf of Italy. All printing is in register and the colours are bright and crisp. There are three double sided A4 size instruction sheets which are beautifully illustrated.
To go along with this , there are two black and white instruction sheets. The black and white instruction sheets briefly outline each aircraft that is featured. They also contain information on stenciling and more importantly how to convert Hasegawa's Skyhawk A-4E/F(Kit no. PT 21) to New Zealand standards.
Or alternatively, an easier option would be to use Hasegawa's new A-4K model.Spanning a period over three decades in which the RNZAF used this aircraft, this decal sheet will give the modeler a choice of twenty different aircraft from which to choose from. So if you combined this sheet with Gekko's first release you could quite easily build an aircraft from each period in which this aircraft saw active service with the RNZAF. Now there's a thought!

The retail price for this decal sheet is between $23-25AUD in Australia and $15US in America.

These decals are highly recommended, so don't hesitate! Make some room in your decals drawer!!!
