Il libro

Questo titolo, come tutti gli altri dell' Aviolibri, è rivolto per buona parte ai modellisti ed è il primo di una nuova serie denominata "variant file". Il testo dà al modellista una fonte utile analizzando le varie varianti del Fw 190 dal prototipo alla versione A4 compresa specificando le differenze tra i vari tipi. Buoni e talvota originali i profili proposti da Alessio Bastianini e buona anche l'analisi delle versioni di Mauro Ferri. Sinceramente avrei preferito i disegni tecnici con un tratto meno vistoso, ma alla fine raggiungono il loro scopo e sono sicuramente utili. La seconda parte del libro tratta della costruzione del modello Tamiya in 1/48 e sinceramente la scelta è la più ovvia, un buon modello e la scala più adatta ad un libro, anche perchè pensate agli autori che hanno dovuto scegliere tra la miriade di modelli essendo il Fw190 rappresentato dalla scala 1/24 alla scala 1/144, giusto per citare le più usate, in tutte le sue versioni e varianti. La parte che tratta l'after market sembra abbastanza completa. Sicuramente un lavoro che non deve mancare a chi ha bisogno di un testo completo e di facile e veloce consultazione sulle prime varianti del gioiello di Kurt Tank

This title, like the others by Aviolibri, is printed to be an help for all modellers and is the first of a new series n amed "variant file". The book gives to modeller an useful source taking care of all the version of the Fw 190 from prototype to the version A4 included showing the differences between all types. The profyles drwan by Alessio Bastianini are good and sometime original so is the analisys od the different bersions made by Mauro Ferri. Sincerly I should have been preferred the technical drawings with a less thick sign, but at the end they reach the target and are fur sure useful. The second part of the book is devoted to the construction of the Tamiya model in 1/48 scale and for me this is the best and the split choice, a good model in the scale more suitable for a publication, just think to the authors that have been selected the model in a crowd of items because the Fw190 is represented from the 1/24 scale to the 1/144 scale, just to say the more used by modellers, in all its versions and variants. The part regarding the after market seems to be complete enough. This is a book any modeller who needs a complete, easy to read and quick source about the Kurt Tank's jewel must have
